      IRC wiper speeds go though the intermittent relay...I'd try a known good used one. The fan has a ground wire near the steering column, check that for looseness or a bad contact

      I totally agree with fix it right the first time....

      I totally agree with fix it right the first time. But of all the so called sealers on the market....I've found K-Seal works pretty darn good for those in a financial pinch.I sell it here in my shop...

      Put your volt meter to the positive side of the coil....key on 12 volts...right....but....do you have 12 volts when cranking....ahhhh! Thats an ignition switch !

      Check your signals at the ignition distributor by...

      Check your signals at the ignition distributor by back probing through the connector...one is hot,key on one is ground,...if you have those,the 3rd wire should have a pulse flash with a test...
