Rack is in good shape just a little dirty, comes with the tool needed to put it on. Fits on the Jetta and possibly a 4 door golf.
Subarus have a rumble because its a boxer engine, the UELs just bring it out more.

Drop plates are the most common, you get some camber and extra low with a bolt on part. Cutting up the rear beam is not the best idea.
