I have some instructions that were in a box that contained a BHPP controller so I scanned them for you.
Two Allen bolts get it off, I don't remember if it's a 4 or 5 mm.
I have extra controllers if you were in need of one.
You can output test the motor and the pre charge pump to see if it's functioning with VCDS.
Smell the fluid if you know the difference in fluids you'll know if it's diff or Haldex fluid.
Now if the unit is dry I'd be surprised if that controller even works since it can go bad without the proper lubrication if it's not a certain temp it will not work properly and could fail.
If the unit isn't connected to the car properly is the only way it would leak.
The fluid isn't inside the unit itself.
The fluid flows through a small portion of the controller.
Let me show...
Haldex fluid can't flow through the cables since its two separate areas in the controller.
Have any of you guys looked inside a controller?
$10 bux says that's gear fluid and not Haldex fluid.
Reason: that plug is at the rear of the diff the controller is in the front, the breather/overflow of the diff unit is on the top of the diff....
Thanks for the offer Steve but that a little out of my budget right now.
Bump still need one RS10

Plan might be head up to Grand Rapids-Flint-Detroit-Ann Arbor-Kalamazoo back home ;)
This is back on the table.
I think I bought the Golf ones I've seen some TT have old style ones
You have to cut the whole bushing out to install these. Takes some work but well worth it, I've had these on my previous and current R32.
I think ECS is the only importer of those wheels so if they don't have them I'd say no.
