I also have narrowband loom on wideband ecu.
No fan issues. It's possible I could check pin 61 to see how it is wired I can't remember it's been so long
Why can't you run OEM fans? Aftermarket radiator?
Sounds like the ECU is shutting things down to protect your motor. What fuel pump are you running?
Use the values for the injector dynamics id1000 injectors.
I still dont know why CTS uses the old style wastegate flanges instead of a v-band flange.
Injector dynamics don't flow more either they just test with a different fluid
Look at the flow charts they are pretty steady up there just saying
044 can handle 100psi no problem
Use the 550 file with the appropriate throttle body size and it will run fine
If he runs a bosch 044 pump he could just run 6 bar base pressure on those 550s and still have enough for e85. I do agree with your buy once philosophy though.
That OEM disk looks good.
I think I paid around $300 including a new clutch disk. Those ceramic clutch disks wear fast with street driving so I would probably replace it if you think it is suspect.
Send your clutch to southbend and they will sort it out for you without charging you a lot of money. I sent my fx400 to them last time and they resurfaced my flywheel and PP
I bet the clutch or flywheel is glazed over and it was sold to you like that
Drilling out the bleeder block should not make the clutch slip
how do you know the clutch was good when you installed it. you said it was a used clutch right? where did it come from?
It wouldn't be that hard to pull the oil pan and plastigauge the bearings or check for obvious wear
when is this thing actually hitting full boost, and how much psi???
