If you are using Release 16.8.1, I believe that everything that talks to the factory scan tool in your car, should show up in the Installed tab in VCDS using a Micro-CAN, HEX-USB+CAN, or HEX-NET:
I believe that it's some rest of world MQB models with some unusual high end equipment. I'm not aware of any 2016 US-market MQB models that have modules that wouldn't be compatible with a Micro-CAN...
Please post the AutoScan anyway. It shows more than just faults.

I pasted your scan below. It looks like you have a Premium 8 radio, not an Audi-style 5F with hidden "green" menu stuff. Something like this might be all that could apply?

If your fuel trim is way off (say from a failing MAF or a vacuum leak, etc) then clearing faults can make it stall since doing so wipes all trim values back to 0. Some info here:
