      holy bump from the dead! j/k... no it does not. It's a small sleeve that slips over the shaft and screws into the little plastic shifter lever.

      So.. Why is this tip mod piece needed for tiptronic transmissions? And if so, 60 bucks for an aluminum sleeve seems a little steep. There any DIY's on how to make your own?

      Dude, I really want to know if theres a DIY on how to make this yourself, I don't mean to sound like a jew, but I can't justify spending 60 bucks on a 3 " piece of aluminum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Holy bump lol Am I the only one that had a problem with the shift ring fitting like **** and the clips getting in the way? Not just the back ones but all of them

      for momo, there's only one knob that's compatible for auto car (don't think it's workable for tip),

      Just did this to mk3 automatic will have a DIY soon came out good I'm happy with it. Just haven't bought the momo knob yet..
