    Yeah, it's an 8v. If I wanted a sporty car, I'd buy an R.

Theobromine - a major component of chocolate, said to be what makes it addictive.

My gift to myself when I graduated culinary school. Chocolate was my favorite medium and the one that gave me the most hell. Ever watch the chocolate sculpture competitions and see people having a massive breakdown, crying in the background as their hard work crashes to the floor? Totally was me, 15 minutes before my final sculpting project was due (I pulled it together and made it work, I still got an A, but it was a close call)

I think the most messed up thing is that this season the winner of the flash challenge gets to choose who does what tattoo. This means if someone that isn't good at portraits gets assigned a portrait tattoo, they are screwed... but not as screwed as the person getting this tattoo that has to live with it for the rest of their life.

Definitely agree. yea its a free tattoo, but I would never enter in for it, I wouldn't want a tattoo by someone under pressure ya know. I'll stick with my artist over anyone

Those shows are garbage. First off, they put ****ty artists in the show to make it interesting. There's no way those are the top 16 or whatever artists they could find. Especially because the best artist have already established themselves and don't need that show. Second, why would anyone after seeing the horrible tattoos that people got in the first season volunteer for that show? If I want a tattoo I'm making sure I know that I won't be disappointed. I've spent weeks looking for the right artist before.

I really think this show has good intentions in showing people the finer side of tattoos being a form of art, and tattoos are probably going to be more socially acceptable because of the show, but at the same time it's ruining it for good artist when people who are in the fence about getting their first tattoo see the **** work done on tv.

    Just my 2 cents.

They probably do have good intentions. But the problem is, most great artists hate stuff like this and would never enter. I mean Chris Nunez is up there critiquing people and he is not that great, but still better than half the people on the show.

Jesse smith is on the show! I was happily surprised to see that. If you didn't know who he was before the show you should check his **** out and his shop loose screw tattoo

I would choose my tattoo artist over chris nunez or anyone for that matter..if I moved out of state I would fly/drive for an appointment with him, he's that good. I did a year of searching for the right artist and when I saw his facebook album of all his work, I was like ..sold.

I kind of agree..I definitely find the show interesting and I enjoy watching it.but like you said, good artists are established already so why go on the show, maybe they don't have their own shop and could use the $100k to do so.

Maybe those people didn't know what they were getting into..after I saw in the 1st season someone made a pin-up with 2 left feet you can't lack on attention to detail in that industry

Didnt know the season started, so i'm sitting here watching ep1. Man....if that's the top 16, the industry is going to hell.

Asked my guy why he doesn't sign up, and his response echoes previous posts. "Man, I'm confident in my work, and I wouldnt have repeat customers like you and your wife, now would I?"

My newest. Still wrapped up - took this at the shop, so there is still a lot of redness in the pic.

My smallest, and favorite. It's a bad pic because it was fresh, but this is my claddagh wedding ring. I told my wife she'd know if I stopped loving her because I'd come home 1 short of a high five.

My buddy got a wedding band tattoo'd on his finger too. He tried taking an angle grinder to it once.
