    Hey Adam
yeah the skate plaza is about 5 minutes from my house. And it is small but it is still fun, it is definitly not like your average skate park, more of a hook up street spot with some skatepark like things like Dennis had stated. Come up, and we can go hit that place up plus a few other legendary spots. Are you coming up for cult classic this year?

I'm from Bingo (FMB is just up the road in Johnson City - East Coast Skate Terminal was our stomping ground) and my older buddies road with all the Ithaca guys. One of 'em messaged me on FB with the bad news. Was very surreal as FBM just did the East Coast Roast in Richmond in conjunction with raising money for his treatment and it wasn't a week later he's gone. Really really sucks.

All right, I guess I should throw my hat in here.

SE Front Load Dual Cap Stem

King Kong sealed hubs (beefy as sh*t)

Just started riding about 6 months ago. Hadn't ridden since about 1997 after a pretty bad accident including no endcaps, gravity, and my stomach. Broke my leg in half after falling on ice last year and since then have been terrified to get onto a skateboard again so I figured I'd re-ignite my passion for BMX. It's a great bike, a bit pricey, but I don't need a car so this is my baby.

Currently getting my roll-outs back in form, bunny hops and jet hops are coming back to me like they never left. Need to work on my balance after spending nearly 10 weeks on my left foot.

Looking to pick up a new cruiser this summer.

My old wheel sponsor, John Kovachi, passed away last year. Who builds good wheels now?

No one has really stepped up to take over Kovachi's work. At the 2011 grands the Kovachi team rode for the last time. Matt or Gus from profile are who I send everyone to for complete buillt wheels.

Knew John since the early 80's. Sad what happened, but to the people who knew him well it wasn't unexpected. He told me at least once he was living on borrowed time since his heart transplant.

I have a small stash of leftover Kovachi swag and his old Mountain Dew team helmet (lol) to remember him.

Funny that you would say that. There used to be several wannabe wheel builders from GA, TN and FL (?) who would show up at locals and regional nationals trying to hang. Guess they fell off since then.

BTW aren't you friends with London?

Ya he left some big shoes to fill, at most nationals now it's really just J&R. Ya London is a buddy of mine. Super cool guy!

I rode the other day. I run those Hookworm tires and I run them at about 110psi... I keep flattening out the rear. I think I need thicker rim tape.
someone told me to try this, so I ordered some:
    http://www.amazon.com/Velox-Fond-Jan...d_sim_sbs_sg_2
I might lower the pressure down to about 90psi too.
