You need to slam that and put some 24's on it!~

24's.....maybe I should get a lift kit and slap a TOUREG badge on the back!

Damn I feel bad for that guy...diesel doesn't fade or a long time, lol, he's gonna be high for a week!

3. 05-04-2004 11:26 AM #28
Damn it looks like everyone is doing the getta swap. I should just leave my wagon alone then....to be different.....LOL

lucky there wasn't a show room full of people but if there was
he could of said this is what you DON'T want to do

Looks pretty good but your hood may need a little adjustment. It looks a little low at the top of the driver's side fender, and the gap is a bit wide at the driver's side headlight. Just being picky...they're rarely right from the factory. for having the nuggets to do the work yourself.

I'm in, only if we can beat people in like they do with gang members. Oh, I am the treasurer too.

So now that most of us are here. What happens next? Just wondering.
By the way -
Ramon, did you ever install that rear valance?

I know...hopefully this weekend I'll adjust it. STILL WAITING FOR MY DAMN ANGEL EYES!

Count me in! Just picked mine up last Friday. Of course... going into the dealership for it's first problem this Friday! Brakes have a shimmy and a groan at the front from the brakes when coming to a quick stop. Hopefully this will be a once in a while time, not an every week thing. Other then that I LOVE my new Dub! Getting the windows tinted soon.
BTW, what year did the Jetta Wagon appear?

Yes I did install the 4-motion rear valance and what a pain...lots of cutting and I had to bring it to a body shop to do a complete fill-in (you know what I mean). Looking very good though!
Been really busy at work but I'm in !!!!

The 2001 model year was the first for North America my friend. And for 2003 they got that big ol' ghetto booty of a back bumper to meet Canadian crash standards. Otherwise they've remained pretty much unchanged, except for a revised center console and instrument trim. No more GLX Wagons after mid-02, and now no V6 powered models at all. Here's mine:

Looks just like mine except for the oz wheels, tint, hatch spoiler, and exaust. I even have the clear front marker lights, thought they went really good for not being a big fan of them!
