    Thread: 9 months to wire! First US MK3 with 100% working climatronic!

      This was a long adventure and worth it once i could set it and not have to turn another knob. heres some pics i took of the install and the finished product today!







      i rebuild and install LSD's in vw 5spd and 6 spd transmissions

      1997 GTI VR6 bought new by me in feb/1997

      nice work and i say you are in the right forum because i appreciate cool things like that done to mk3's and that is hard work and you did a real good job, and i would hope you aren't selling it

      Hot damn. I am impressed.....Steve Ps ears should start ringinig soon...I know he was all abotu trying to do this....how hard was it? Did you have the full harness?

      nice, first one i've ever seen installed on a NA car.

      what is that between the heated seat switches and stereo? I've always wondered.

      WRONG! he only has the face plate!! still has regular turn knobs hidden in the dash

      Where did you sorce all the parts ? I will have my Cabrio torn down and would love to put that in. Do you have a list of the parts etc and where to get them ? Please IM me. Thanks

      Nice. There was a rabbitt in sport compact car with the mk3 dash. He had done the same thing. Very nice.
