It's best used to quiet down noisy lifters, and it works well for that. It will also clean up the inside of the engine a bit, but you can use ATF for that(which is cheaper).

i've had some pretty amazing results with the stuff.

it's good to stick a little in the motor too if you know it's gonna be sittin for a bit.

also works good to lube fuel injectors as well as clean valves when added to the fuel. Seafoam works better for this purpose though.

Oh and in my experience marvel mystery oil is pure crap, but I've never used it for the above purposes, just stuff around the house. Same with 3 in 1 oil, WD-40, all that stuff

I've had excellent results using the Toro. When I first bought the kit off my neighborhood meth freak, I was very skeptical. It looked like something he pulled out of a yardworker's garbage can. Boy, was I wrong. Now my yard is leafless, and my car hauls a$s. Thanks Toro Leaf Blower/Turbo.

Edit: Marvel is good, too, if you can't summon the spit to off.

then you will know my pain.

i have a tackle box of all my spare parts and tools for my nitro r/c's....and that bottle opened up while in transport to the r/c track.......imagine my dismay when i open the box up....everything was covered in "after run" oil! (the red stuff)
