it really isn't far... MSN says 8.2 miles and 13 minutes... so it shouldn't take you long to get over there... plus you and greg can meet emily then she wanted to meet you two and gabe when she was home last but everyone was pretty busy...

    OK is this thing real????

No way. Helicopters have that vertical prop on the tail because otherwise they'd spin around. So if that mower is supposedly using the cutting blade as a lift prop it would have serious stability issues. Member, I know all about helicopters, I pressed all the buttons in one one time.

There are ways around the vertical tail rotor.. I may only have 16 hours in my logbook in airplanes.. but I do work in the industry.

im with barren on that one. you dont see choppers with dual rear fins all the time. there are also types of helos with out tail rotors. mini scale r/c planes probably let you bend the rules of physics a little more anyways since they dont have to carry passengers safely and also if you scaled it up its probably going about 600mph if it was full sized so that coudl have something to do with it

Yeah well, um, this one time I like stood on a merry go round and held a propeller above my head. Then I had someone spin the merry go round until I took off. But then the government confiscated all my research data and did a massive cover up. Even paved over the playground.

hey good job you discovered newtons third law of motion. for every force there is an equal and opposite reaction. there are more than one ways to skin a cat and there is more than one way of couteracting the rotation of a main rotor on a chopper, its just obviously a tail rotor is the best.
