Finally finished "Interview with the Vampire" and just started reading "Pride and Prejudice." I'm actually enjoying P&P much more than I imagined. I'm trying to focus on some of the older stuff and classics right now.

I haven't, but hopefully I'll get around to it sometime in the future. The whole fiasco actually took place about 10 miles from where I live, and it was so prominent in the news while it was occurring that I ended up ignoring it as much as possible because I got sick of hearing about it. I'm finding it interesting to go back and study the whole chain of events now.

      Started this the other day.

      The Odyssey

Read that this winter with a book club. Fascinating. The book club is going through the classics of western literature. I'm in Xenophon currently and starting Herodotus in the fall. Here is the website:

      http://showsupport.typepad.com/

Currently, I'm reading, "The Rainbow's End" by Martha Grimes. I always thought she was English as her Richard Jury series all take place in England and he is English. Look at the back of the current book and it states she was born in Pittsburgh, PA and grew up in Maryland. What a surprise.

That book gives me nightmares. I hate it.

I finished the Coheed & Cambria book, Year of the Black Rainbow. It was entertaining.

Moving on to Carrion Comforts by Dan Simmons.

So far a jewish concentration camp prisoner just got a psychic butt raping by some kind of mind vampire...all within the first five pages. I'm not sure how the rest of it's going to go.

I'm reading about the Corrupt Midget and his gangster brother. Massachusetts is a hell of a state. Highly recommended read.

Probably go back and read the Sword Of Truth Series until deciding on what to buy next.

If it wasn't for the Bulgers, Howie Carr would be still be a beat reporter for the Herald. Personally, I'm nNot a fan.

Have you read Black Mass? That will give you a better look inside the Boston mob.

Anyone read The Doomsday Key? I picked it up since I forgot to grab the book I was reading with me, and the hospital gift shop has a horrible book selection. I just couldn't get into it at all.

I read all the Sigma Force books that Rollins has done. They can drag in spots, but I liked them.

Yeah, I don't see myself finishing it. As wide a range of genres I read, this isn't one of them.
