Nice setup my buddy did in Va Beach... rack was custom built and wired (obviously) by scratch. You can't buy this stuff. Lol

Its not done yet. Still need to put the tv on a stand. Get legit surround sound instead of my logitech z5500. get trims for the lights and molding all around and im gonna switch out the london, paris, italy, nyc posters for movie posters etc..

but heres some crappy cellphone pictures anyways. (the room used to be concrete floor and cinderblock walls)

interconnects i custom made to length and some bi-wired speakers i made.

I'm going to experiment with moving the speakers out further from the wall. These Paradigms are pretty damn punchy.
Can you suppy some info on your audio interconnects? They look very clean. what kind of conductor is that (Coaxial, multistrand windings etc...)? you said you made the bi-wire speaker cable as well. can you elaborate on that?

PM me if you prefer. I am considering doing the same.

I salvaged some silver core coaxial quad sheild cable that was discarded from some avionics stuff at my squadron durring a hangar move, not very long but damn is the sound quality that comes from it amazing! It was designed for some special anti (blah blah blah) interferance specification and is pretty legit. unfortunately, i only had enough for the pair, about 5 inches each cable.

Tell me about it. That setup LOOKS real nice, but as far as function, that TV is so high up I would need a chiropractor before going to bed each night. I have no idea why people mount their TV's above the fireplace for everyday viewing. Unless maybe you were going to watch it from the next room or maybe from the kitchen table.

Never been an issue for me. Hard to tell from the pictures but there is plenty of distance from the TV to the couch. Now if I were sitting on the floor in front of fireplace I could see it being an issue, however, I never do that.

Come on, you can't possibly be so lacking in self awareness to not know that there are two dozen or more extraordinarily good custom integrators and audio stores in the "Northeast". Companies that have been doing it for decades at the absolute highest levels.
