F that. i love bel air. most of the kids that ***** about it here have no idea what they are talking about. sure there are cooler places to visit and what not but i love it here for a place to live. good bars, you can drive to the middle of no where or the city in 30min, and the locals aren't crazy racist rednecks. seriously, you never have any idea what those people are going to say/do.

Totally agree with that. Since all these bars opened over the past few years, Bel Air has a night life (in so many words), you're within 20 minutes of the city where you can see a pro NFL or MLB game, or drive out into the middle of nowhere and shoot some pics, anything like that.
People that hate it here just haven't seen the big picture.

yeah I don't hate Bel AIr, it was a lot of fun, I just think Florida will be better. I want to be a 30minute drive from the ocean, I know I could move closer to the coast here, but there its less expensive. Damn the man when it comes to money

nice, fixed gear? front brake?

9. 08-23-2006 06:30 PM #5059
yah, fixed. 16t in the back 42t in the front. the front brake is because drivers in baltimore hit bikers regularly. and that is no joke.

10. 08-23-2006 06:44 PM #5060
i hit a pedestrain in baltimore once. i tapped her in the butt, she turned and looked at me and ran away.

I beg to differ on that one. I can get a place for half the cost then in BelAir thats nice, and the real estate in general is going better pricing. Theres no state income tax, no inspection or emmission on vehicles, the list goes on but i'll stop there. Yes like in any situation theres trade offs, but in general its cheaper. It also depends on where your trying to live, and I won't be living in a major city. I will like the weather better as well. There are many benefits in my mind, it all depends on who you ask. Let me know how expensive it gets to live in MD when the 4,500 troops come to APG with average salaries of $60,000 and drive the cost of living up. The cost of living in MD will only go up in the future, its close to the capitol. Its all economics. Florida living will stay low due to all the old people living off of social security, they can't afford the cost of living to be too high, as a state they make all thier profits from tourism.

i have a 98 getta vr6 that needs very little to pass maryland inspection , i think a cv boot exhaust and some other minor things, theres a pic of it just getting back from paint a few pages back.

Dude, you should hit up Nate or Casey. Nate put an exhaust on my old VR6, so he MAY have one lying around.

nice fixed gear man.....you need to talk with Colin Townroe (sp?), he's been getting buck nutty with bikes. Sold his car and now gets around everywhere on a fixed....with no brakes. We should hook up and go for a ride sometime.....
