There's a guy who lives near Gilbertsville, PA on Swamp Pike with a blue .:R. It's always sitting out front as I pass by on the way to work every morning. No idea if he's a member of Vortex... but he needs some winter tires soon!

Outside my work in Bellevue, WA by the entrance to the parking garage at SUNSET CORPORATE CAMPUS there was a BMP R. Interesting semi-mirrored window tint but otherwise stock from what I could see. Just want to say what up because my R was about 30' away from yours on the other side of the wall.

Besides mine, I've seen a silver one driven by a woman in Arlington a few times, and I saw a black one parked in McClean near a Starbucks. I tend to see more 20aes around than Rs.

Well i'm the first from AZ to respond but i believe that i'v seen about 12-15 since 8/28 when i got her. within the first week i saw a silver and black. around dynocomp, local tuners here in scottsdale, there's about 5 i think black and blues. raced at the track with a black. yesterday i saw a red on the street for the first time out of the show room. recently out in california for thanksgiving returning from the point reyes(sp?) lighthouse got a hang-ten from a silver. up in my hometown of 15000 in colorado saw a blue one hangin' round town in mid sept. Lady in black well suited around bell and cave creek in pheonix. shea and frank lloyd wright in scottsdale.. few others but..

So far seen a black pearl in Ft. Thomas KY, a black pearl in Lexington KY, two deep blues in Cincinnati, a deep blue in Valhalla NY when I was home on vacation and a Tornado Red sitting at a local dealer looking for a lucky owner to come along.

Saw a Blue on Pennsylvania Avenue turned left onto Bethlehem in Fort Washington, PA.

It had custom tags: "V6 XXXX"

Saw one at Potomac Mills - Black like mine, I had the black wheels w/polished lip. You looked a little confused, like you weren't sure that mine was an R. Got the head nod before I passed you though.

Today in the Fan, in Richmond, saw a blue R parked - believe I know that owner, but then a black R tailed me for a while, driven by a nice looking young lady... these damn things are everywhere!!

I've seen a Red one in the Quad Cities area (it was in Davenport, IA I think) and a blue one in the Twin Cities, MN.

The dealer lot near my house is now empty of them!

I drive from Los Gatos to Watsonville everyday, have yet to see any 'brothers and sisters'. However, I've seen myriad WRX's and STi's on Hwy. 17. Hard to miss that whale tail and hood scoop!

Saw a nice silver R32 at the car wash in Somerset! What's up Laz!

Also saw a red R32 in Tiverton R138.

I have seen all the colors but blue. I was under the impression that Blue had the higher production numbers. What's up!

Hey Patrik! I have actually seen you going the opposite direction on Hwy 1 once. I just got my blue R two weeks ago. I drive into Watsonville to work. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes after noon. It seems like I'm driving one of my other cars half the time. So if you see a black 97 Jetta with a Santa Cruz mountain bike on top, that's me. I could be in my 2001 Blue Anthracite Passat too.

Just spotted a BMP 12/14/04 @ 8:05 am on Rt 9 Southbound in the Pleasantville/Briarcliff area. I see a lot of R's around this area...

Place yourself anywhere on 128 between the I-95 S split in Dedham and Route 2 in Lexington during the rush hours, and you'll see a blue one.

I'm on 128 North usually around that time in Waltham... I'll keep a lookout from now on the opposite side...
