Official R32 Spotted Thread

12/20 around 3pm @ the Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown.
Saw a BMP R heading into the Mall near Macy's.
Then saw a RS R parked near the main entrance, wwwaaayyy out in the back away from the door dingers Good call!!!

I was near there, but it wasn't my BMP. At around 3:15 I came off the Taconic @ Rt 6, went east towards the mall, but turned left onto 6N going to Mahopac. On my way home, I saw what may have been a TR R32 coming down Gallows Hill rd as I was going up.

I saw a black R32 on Watkins Mill Road not too long ago; I live off of Apple Ridge Road in Maryland and I have a Red R32; yesterday I met up with a guy who had a Blue R32, with a busted back bumper, but he had coilovers, chip, intake, car was a little dirty but still sweet.

yesterday afternoon, saw a RS R with a CF hood? lowered and some nice rims comin out of the Olympus Gym shopping center cross from Walmart on balls ford rd. in manassas! second time ive seen this guy in the man******* area. always throw the "v" but never get nothin back!

tuesday afternoon, round 4pm, 4 r32, in franklin lakes NJ by the market basket on Franklin Lakes Road...also saw another blue R pass there about an hour later....mine was in the parking lot, prolly didn't notice it cause it was silver

I saw a blue on on I-5 south between Portland and Seattle on the 15th of Dec, and I saw another one in Chicago by Presidential Towers, also blue. And a Black one in Seattle on university way.

Tonight (Wed 12/22) @ 6:35pm I heard an R32 going through the Cortlandt Town Center Mall by the Home Depot. I couldn't see you from where I was, but I definitely heard you (Flapper Mod).

I've seen one in the Eugene, Oregon area, and that was about six months ago. Actually heard it first, that sweet exhaust note caught my attention from a ways away. "What is that?" Turned around and saw a black R32, and the seed was planted. Got mine yesterday, so that makes two in the area.

12/23 sometime in the am. Spotted by my mom in Yorktown, NY near the JV mall. She called me to say "I saw a little blue car like yours today. I wasn't sure if it was the same but then you could hear the glass packs or headers or whatever, so I knew it was the same as yours." LOL, I guess she is dating herself with the glasspac's reference.

12/23 around 11 am Spotted a RS on Rt.9 heading southbound just past Pleasantville, NY. I swear that is the 7th or 8th R I have seen in that same area

DBP in front of the vet's office at 10789 Tierrasanta Blvd in San Diego today, stock with front license plate (I'm sorry) ... parked next to my DBP!!! Earlier in the week there was a t-red one parked next to me at the same place -- I work at the church there, stop in and say hi next time!

Later that nite i saw a silver R pulling into the gas station on 1200 vine st to get some air,

I've had mine since June and have not seen another R32 on the road. People have mentioned seeing a couple of others.
I like the exclusivity this car brings, but it would nice to meet others out there.

There are a few. Superflyc has a blue one and ServiceMangler has a silver. I have seen a few other Houston posters. So just keep your eyes open.

There are 3 of us in The Woodlands, so I see one more often here than when I drive down to Houston.

Saw a red one (first red I saw) droning down Angell Street in Providence, ended up being parked on Kennedy plaza. This was the 24th December...

Parked my blue one behind it to take a pic, then realized this one of the few times I didn't have my digi camera with me. Always goes like that: you take the camera to make sure there's nothing happening that's worth taking a picture

I own a black one in Jacksonville, NC. So far I have the only one around. The dealer supposedly has sold two others in town since induction, but I haven't seen them. Surrounding dealers don't have any more either.

Hmmm....I don't remember seeing a TR so maybe it wasn't me. I have a dark blue Santa Cruz Heckler with Fox Talas Forx. I just got a roof rack for the R so the Jetta is pretty much retired.

The only other R in my area was a Blue one owned by John Larroquette (of "Night Court") in Sun Valley. He moved this last summer. I only saw the car at the dealership.

Actually, John had ordered a Silver R from the dealership. But then he decided he wanted a Blue one. That is the only way that the dealer here in Twin Falls was able to get 2. They were only suppose to be geting one in. So, I got a good deal on my Silver R - John Larroquette's throw back...

Hmm...I don't have the racks on my TR all the time. But if and when I do, there'll be a red Santa Cruz Bullit with a DHX 5.0 and Vanilla 125 RLC on it.

You can usually find me in UCSC or Wilder on Thursday nights riding with the Fox Racing Shox employees!
