For sale is a 2001 YETI DH-9. I bought this bike about 10 months ago and have since ridden it maybe a dozen times. Most of them being to the local 7-11 or to/from work. With the lack of space and recent knee surgery, I’ve gotta let this bike go. Pictures should show just about everything.

I bought the bike used via the internet so I do not know the history of this particular bike. Before I list parts, it does need a few small things that weren’t explained to me when I bought it but should be noted. The brake pads are worn and will need a new set in the near future. The forks work great but one leg leaves a little bit of oil on the sanctions usually meaning that it’ll need a new seal. The derailleur may need an adjustment and the cranks have the wear of…well…a used crankset. The shifter housing is cracked. It works but it should eventually be replaced. Lastly, there are two small dings in the top tube that didn’t really show up in the pictures. Nothing to worry about but I thought I should mention them anyway.

Dimension steerer adapter...

as claimed by Dimension, 1" threaded to 1.125 threadless adapter however, it is 22.2 diameter. too small for my 1" tube.

I paid 17.50 + shipping, total of 24.44. Looking to get $20 local or $22 shipped.

It's a pretty nice unit, just doesnt suit my needs. Pics as requested.

Pake Fixed Gear bike:
I built it in November 2008, and I tend to not ride it because I do mostly singletrack trails.
The bike is in great condition and has maybe 150 miles on it at most. Cosmetically it is flawless, and mechanically it is a 10/10.

I love this bike, and want to see it goto a good home.

Wheels aren't the best as I built it up to see if I even wanted a Mtn bike and, alas I don't so they are just hybrid 700C with Formula disc hubs. Cranks are older Deore, one arm black, one silver with home made chain guard. EBB works fine, just regreased, older Atomlab trail king pedals. Seat post is the only part I'd replace on it, it's just a cheapo alum with regular seat guts. This bike has only been ridden up to the corner store by me a hand full of times in the snow, I just have no real interest in actually riding a mtn bike so it's just taking up space.
