i'll be up there a lot. my girlfriend goes to sulsbury. actualy i'll be there this weekend. i wont have the scirocco though. i'll be driving my (rycer lolz) galant. mabie sometime in the future if someone organizes a meet i'll come up. but if you see this

while your there. you'll know its me driving it. but man. some of those people down there have some mighty un-tastefull cars. a lot of 80's civics w/ fart cannons.

I'll keep an eye out for the ride!! I decided to go to Salisbury so I could get a taste of living on my own and Salisbury is fairly cheap for the most part... I'm a Graphic Arts Major.. I'm at St. Martins 147 if anyone want to drop by... I wont be here this weekend and Super Bowl weekend... I have a couple of partyies to go to back home... I have an 2002 GTI 1.8T, indigo blue, monte wheels/ RH AG-Cups, might have a FMIC on it soon....

Gonna bring this one back from the dead. Been eyeing a few nice dubs on campus recently and wanted to see if any of yas are vortexers.

I'm in UP, 1411. Couple nice dubs in our lot... a MKIII Wolfie, Black, lowered, and two MkIV VRs, one blue with "Eurotuner" (I think) decals, and a silver one that I see from time to time. There's also a very clean silver MkIV Golf and a neglected green B4 Passat that's been sitting in the same spot all year with two busted windows and at least one flat . Finally, there's a beautiful green B5 4-Motion owned by my neighbor, and a black MkIV wolfie owned by yet another neighbor.

Also, on-campus, I often see a Grey MkIV GTI, looks like an '05 or '06 w/ 17's, always looks really clean, and my buddy Brent has a '97 Jetta GLX Windsor that I drool over daily.

Sorry for rambling, but any other SU dub lovers in the crowd?

my friend lives in UP and drives a Silver stone Grey GTI 05'. 1.8T with GIAC he has the 17'' arietta wheels. he keeps it clean, long shaggy suferboy hair, cool guy.

Very nice, that might be the one I see on campus. He must live in one of the newer sections of UP, cuz I don't think I've seen him parked around the complex.

Walking from a parking spot in the ass-back of the complex last night I saw a nice red, debadged MkIV GTI or Golf, couldn't tell in the poor lighting. Had a blacked out VW logo, and was parked in what used to be the visitor lot.

As you can see by my sig, I was tempted away from the VW's by an awesome deal on a Mazda6s. I usually park in the 13 lot somewhere... usually near a curb . I'm pretty easy to spot. As far as I know it's the only Tungsten Gray 6 on campus, and I still have my Fitzgerald plate on the front and temptag on the back.

Very cool, nice to see some local groups on Delmarva.

To be honest, if there was a VW dealer in Salisbury, I probably would have gone for the MkV GTI. Something about having to trek all the way to Dover or Annapolis for service on a car with a decent chance of needing warranty service just didn't appeal to me. Gotta love living on the road to everywhere and still practically being in the middle of nowhere. The irony is delicious.

I'm gonna post the stricklyvws link on the Salisbury VW Facebook group page if that's cool with you. Couldn't hurt to have some more local or semi-local Dubbers checkin' it out, eh?

on my way to the bowling alley last night i passed Salisbury U. and up at university police, i saw what looked to be a nogaro s4, lowered with some wheels on it. i DEFINITELY want to find out who this person is...anybody seen it? know it? own it?

how about a bump for a new semester....i saw dustygti's car yesterday in the blackwell parking lot. saw/heard a black gti leaving the bevilbiss parking lot. and last night around 9:30-10 i saw a blue (similar to a nogaro blue, not sure the exact color though) near campus...also there's a reflex silver jetta, lowered, bumpers, nice wheels behind blockbuster, wouldn't mind finding out who he is
