There is also a kid at University Park with Blue Audi A3 - ok we know who this is, we just need him on vortex or his contact.

I live right in salisbury, like 2 mins from the university. I have a 1.8t dark blue 2001 jetta, its not modded heavily but its chipped/tint/DI/and some other small mods, soon to have smoked tails and new headlights...I'm def up for a gtg...hit me up at sometime

yup...stocked it back out. i'm moving out at the end of this month and just won't the have time/resources to maintain a turbo car (it's a pita when you turbo something that wasn't meant to be turbo'd)

yeah im def gonna lower it but see....im getting new wheels for my graduation present and i think im gonna get 18's....idk if i should wait for my wheels then drop or drop with stock... I haven't done anything with the drop yet so its all stock, rofl i can like put my whole hand inside the wheel well and still have room to move, it needs a drop bad....
Also i heard its like 250 bucks for installation of springs :-\

Hey i got you down on the list! Oh, a suggestion on spring install. I had the SU Motorsports club do mine for free...well not free, i had to give them some donation money to their club. I think I gave them either $50 or $100. I don't remember.

Luke, just get some H&R sports...it's not a massive drop and they shouldn't be too expensive. Of course, everyone is gonna recomend you go with coil overs or at least a spring/shock package.

I have the Mk4 PG GLI its the 24v.

Oh and to the guy that wants to get low. Try the H&R Cup Kit, i picked mine up for 600, its worked out good so far.

I met that kid on a local road a few weeks after getting my car BT'd. W/ just a chip, that A3 was chirping tires all over the place. the tq was impressive. I hope he can make it out to a GTG.

yeh his name is trip ive been friends with him for a long time, my car just blew a headgasket from boost so i just ordered head studs and two new gaskets, hopefully it will be fixed before a get together

That's a good deal! you guys should take up Ddubb on his offer. He knows his ****, we did my cars suspension with nothing more than a write up from an Audi site. IIRC, it took us about 4 hours including bs'ing and it normally takes first timers 5-6 hrs. Keep in mind my car is quattro so it's an extra PITA.
