Do not apply "Antiseize" to the lug hardware or studs.

Proper installation requires that the wheel lug torque be set to
the recommended specification for your vehicle. These torque
specifications can be found in your vehicle’s shop manual or
obtained from your vehicle dealer. Finish tightening the lugs
down with an accurate torque wrench. Use a crisscross sequence
(shown above) until they have reached their proper torque value.
Be careful because if you over torque a wheel, you can strip a
lug nut, stretch or break a wheel stud, and cause the wheel,
brake rotor and/or brake drum to distort.

NOTE: When installing new wheels you should re-torque them after
traveling the first 50 to 100 miles. This is necessary because as the
wheels are “breaking in” they may compress slightly allowing their
lugs to lose some of their torque. Simply repeat the same torque
procedure listed below.

NOTE: Since the thickness of an alloy wheel can differ from
original equipment wheels, refer to the chart (below) to
determine the number of turns required for proper
engagement for your stud or bolt size.

It doesn't matter what type of wheel that you have (OEM or Aftermarket Alloy or Steelies), the above torque values are correct as per the Design Engineers at VW/Audi (VAG). These are the folks that design the vehicle, these are the folks that specify the correct torque values to adhere to. Too loose is self explanitory, too tight can warp your rotors, etc.

using any type of lubricant(s) what-so-ever.

An acceptable suggestion is to remove the wheel and apply a thin coating of "antiseize"
around the axle hubs to help prevent rust and permit easier removal when it's time to rotate your tires.

When grease is applied to the threads of lug hdw, resistence is lessened, and thus it will take longer for your Torque Wrench to reach it's setting. If grease were applied, it will have less resistence and act as a multiping factor. Thus an incorrect, false (too high), value will be applied. This scenario can create some very undesired problems, such as Brake Rotor warpage and/or possibly even worse.

The above photo shows the result of what can happen if a wheel is overtorqued. The owner of the above wheel, misread the Owner's Manual and applied lubricant to the threaded part of the lugs. The wheels were thus, over torqued and constantly over stressed. This was the result when the wheel came out of a pot hole. There was no issue of wheel strength or quality, just careless installation.

If you need lugs, center caps, centering rings, spacers, etc, the best starting point,
is the manufacturer or vendor of the brand of wheels that you have. In lieu of that,
I'd recommend checking the for a potential vendor/sources. Several
folks have had sucess in dealing with places like ECS tuning or Parts 4VWs.com.
As well, I have seen simular items on Ebaymotors.com
