Oh, and to the people who have parts in the shop right now, this among other things has been the reason for the delays.

As most of you may know, for the past two years I have been contracting paint and bodywork to a great bunch of workers at RoyFoss. Sadly, on Thursday, February 10, 2005, Lorne Hefforn passed away from cancer. I can honestly say Lorne was one of the most pleasant, sincere, and outgoing individuals I have had the pleasure of knowing and doing business with -- those that knew him will agree. He put 150% into every job he did, and was a true representation of the "old school" way of doing things. He will be missed greatly, not only by his family and friends, but by the many members on this board who had the pleasure of meeting him..............![]()

Even though I did not know him, I feel deeply sorry for his family and friends. Having lost 3 family members to cancer, I know what it feels like.

he was a nice guy, and honest to boot; one of the few ppl i've met that stood behind their work.

I hoped he passed away before the cancer really got to him. Suffering from late term cancer is not fun. Condolences.

I have just found this blog. And wanted on behalf of my fathers side of the family and myself to thank you for the wonderful words and thoughts. My father took pride in his work and to know that people noticed that and what a wonderful man he was just a huge thanks. He will be in my heart always.
