Sportback + Gold Oettinger(s)

Ok, so I get bored, and I enjoy pushing "the envelope". I saw a black M3 w/ gold BBS LMs, and thought..hmmmm "I like the way that looks"...so here it is , only sportback version w/gold oettinger REs.... TC

Get a good pic of a sportback and put the Oettinger REs on it and do the car in Lava Grey if at all possible.

you the man. I <3 LM's. Or do any A3 with LMs on it and color-match the centers. That is the look i will want on my A3.

I hear ya' man. I've got a few ideas in my head, this whole A3 "community" should be interesting. Based on the amount of current VW owners that are planning on making the sportback their first Audi. Kind of reminds me of the ocean hitting the beach. I'd say we'll see a wide variety of styles and personalities in these cars, more so than the A4 or MKIV communities. That is why the Sportback is so great.... it can be conservative if it wants, but it also has a youthful and mischeivious side to it. Who says you can't pull up to the stop light with your kid in the back seat, rocking some nice wheels, a little drop, some performance "enhancements"......... suddenly it is not just a "wagon" anymore. Normal people will stare at you like your mad....only to realize down the road just how boring THEY really are...... VW/Audi car shows will never be the same..... not with a bunch of nuts like us buying these things.

Good job, Convallo. Cool to see the tint too. My A3 on order is Black/Black and I'm definitely planning tint all the way around.

Do you have a larger version of the pic you could post or e-mail me? Actually, with just the tint would be cool but whichever you can do.

i will have your above statement printed out on nice paper, in color, and show it to every A3 prospect i have with a tip jar next to it which 90% of will go to you. Awesome comment.... too bad its too long to quote in my sig or i would.

i can tell yours, mine, and Zerin's minds are all ticking about 1 million miles a minute on how to mod these cars when they arrive. Unfortunately and unless i break down and buy the white one we have arriving in May, i will be late to the party in September.
