Hey everybody! It's that time of the year again (finally!) for DFR's first Chatterbox Drive-In GTG of 2005! We've waited a long time for spring, and there is no better way to kick off the season. As many of you know, the food and atmosphere is great, not to mention the outstanding service of my C-Box girls! We had some awesome turnouts last year - new faces always welcome!

Check out the new and improved *website* - there are new additions to the menu!

Once again we are going to park in the field which is on the left as you drive into the main entrance.

•Date: Sunday, May1
•Time: 4 pm
•Place: Chatterbox Drive-In, located at Ross's Corner (intersection of Rt 15, 206 and 565 in Augusta, NJ)

For those who are unfamiliar with the area - The Chatterbox is located about 20-25 minutes from the Rockaway Mall, straight down route 15 North (Exit 34B - JEFFERSON/SPARTA off of route 80). As easy as that.

•We will set up the cruise to meet at PAR once again. If you want this changed, let us know.•

For those coming from the East and Southeast, meet at the PAR in Parsippany at 3 pm. The cruise will leave approximately at 3:15 pm.

From there, the PAR cruise will head up 80W to exit 34B, for Route 15 North towards JEFFERSON/SPARTA.

Head up Route 15 for about 17 miles and the Chatterbox will be on your left at the intersection of Routes 15, 206, and 565. (15 is a highway for 12 miles and then turns into a "regular" road. It is about 5 miles after the freeway section ends. It is soon after the 35 mph zone ends and the speed limit becomes 50 again. You will see signs for a park and ride and junction with 206/565). The entrance driveway is directly in front of the Chatterbox sign. The cruise should arrive between 4:00 and 4:15.

Just a little side note: I suggest keeping an eye on your speed while on 15. Jefferson and Sparta cops often hide out all over the place on the highway section . Also, after the freeway section ends, there is a 35 mph zone, which is a state police speed trap, so take it easy through there as well. Just a heads up.
