I find myself eating yoshinoya way too much because its the closest food place at work.

How bad is this food? I tried searching but didnt come up with anything?

It obviously doesnt seem to unhealthy...

I dont really know too much about Yoshinoya restaurants. I am guessing it should be healthier than most fast food places. The beef is a good source of protein, but the rice is probably the worst part about the beef bowl. I usually get the combo bowl.

Best is next time you are there check out a nutritional content paper or whatever it is called.

Aren't there better teriyaki places in Glendale then this near you?

Getting the brown rice option would probably be a good idea, if they offer that. Chicken is going to be better than the beef too, I would imagine. Do you get the veggies? can't hurt to get the veggies.

see if you can get the Terykaki sauce on the side and definately add vegetables so you are comsuming less white rice.

Yeah I'll eat just about any kind of fast food - the biggest baddest burger there is - but I will not touch Yoshinoya, and I start to feel nauseous just walking near one.
