a guy at work said that someone he knows got a project car at that auction for like 150 bucks--bet we could get a cabby for that!

Bout to say that the maroon and silver looks to be the best. I would have to see up close to really know for sure. Needing new bumpers/tops is nothing. I probably do it anyway.

on a different note, my power is out, so i'm at reno's while he's at work. kinda sucks b/c i have to wait on the power company to come and fix it, so who knows how long it will take!

nah, we kinda tried that once before--didn't work out! but since he's at work i am stealing his bed...he's got a roommate that lives on the couch so i can't stay in there...plus the dog is kind of...how should i say...horny as all get out...so i think anyone who sleeps on the couch does so at his/her own risk!

yeah, he's in the back and i'm in the front...i called the maintenance guy and he came by...the whole front half of the complex is out. we're on a different transformer...even the people across the street have power, but not me!

today, they were extremely rude to me at holman vw, so i called the sales manager, the service manager, and vwoa. needless to say, they were kissing my butt when i came back in the afternoon...hehe

We just had a good experience with VWoA concerning our Touareg.

i politely asked them to not roll down the windows and to try not to touch them since my tint was just installed, and i got waaaay too much attitude from the service writer. plus, they pretty much ignored me the first 10 minutes i was there, and he talks to me like i'm stupid--i'd had enough of it.

i let the managers know that i was not the only one that he is rude to, and the guy didn't believe me. he said that he wanted to talk to the other people--so i was like, fine, got a pen? and he was like, "uhh...uhh..." b/c he thought i was bluffing. he shut up after i gave him a list of people, the kind of cars they drive, and listed the problems they had up there.

I went there once due to the fact that they had the lowest price out of all the dealers in the area for the 40k service. They took damn near ten hours to do it, too.

yeah, they've given me the 4 hour oil change special before. plus, if you buy a car from them you get free buffer burn with purchase that's why i always have homedude write on my sheet in big letters DO NOT WASH

but they're putting this awful rain repellant on the windshields now, and charging almost $4 for it too! so today it's raining and my wipers go smear smear smear

and no, the windows were not rolled down

In other news, part number who the hell knows- probably three, Impex pissed me off. I stated more than clearly that I needed the goods to arrive by tomorrow and that if they couldn't ship on Wednesday to call me and let me know that my two-day air shipping that I paid for would be worthless. Well, you guessed it- they shipped it today and didn't bother to call me. That's the last time they get my business, and they've gotten alot of it before.
