Bad day, eh? What happened?
I'm a little peeved myself. Yeah, you guessed it- another damned day has passed and they can't tell me where my adapter is. The guy that sent it says it was sent last Wednesday, and the postal employee says it should have arrived Saturday at the latest. But nobody can tell me where it is.
I'm going to cough up another $100 that I don't have and order another one. This is the last time I let anyone ship anything of any value to me via USPS. I've had more than one problem with them in the past as well.

Where was that? Did he pull you over just for the tint, or was it a "secondary ticketable offense?" I ask because my neighbor and I were talking about it the other day. I'm thinking it's only a secondary offense, meaning they cannot ticket you for just that.

I would seriously go to the optom. Try to get a restriction for the license. You should have no probs with that.

I actually called my dad (knows too many people back home for his own good ) to see if he knew of an eye doc. who could write me up a "prescription" for window tint.
Yeah, I should be there this week. It'll probably be Wednesday, as I'll hold off on driving down tomorrow in hopes that USPS will finally come through.

And I made the third.
...what do I win?
Maybe I'll win the opportunity for USPS to deliver my nav cable today.
Can you guys tell I'm a bit over-the-top with anticipation of this thing finally arriving?

No, I did in fact win an adapter cable.
Unfortunately, it dealt me the pain-in-the-ass task of trying to remove the speedo cluster. Who the hell would think that the toughest part of this whole job would be removing the damn cluster?

Wawooo! Navi is done! I've got to order some interior trim to replace what I completely botched, though.
That "soft-touch" crap is just too damn delicate.
I'll probably be getting on the road by 11 or so. I'm not sure how late I'll hang around- probably just late enough to get dinner with you guys. What time would be agreeable for everyone? I don't want to be too too late getting back here. I've been putting off my homework for the last three days. I know what I'll be doing this weekend.
I suppose just give me a call either when you see this or get off work.

looks like reno won't be able to get some din-din due the fact that he still hasn't fallen asleep. Ahh, the life of a Rockstar, I guess.
P.S. thanks for the Rockstar this morning John.

Sleep is overrated, and apparently you realized that judging by your appearance at the Mellow Shroom.
It was good seeing you guys for a bit.
