I thought the way we were doing G2G's was a little lame in all honesty with no disrespect to anyone. At the same time nobody ever tried very hard to get a good thing going.

Sunday afternoons as opposed to Saturday nights sounds way better. Fast and the Furious is fiction and no matter what we do we will never look that cool especially when the last time I went out I saw nothing but blue lights flashing at every turn and didn't really feel a spirited drive was appropriate. I know "a guy" in a white GTI agreed. Why don't we cruise some country backroads. I will buy everyone who comes an Atlas of local roads and redline a route personally so nobody gets lost. This could be so awesome.

So hit me up if you are down for Sunday Afternoon.

Pickin up a 90 g60 corrado VRT in September completely built motor I've put a deposit down on it current owner is in Afghanistan I'll b picking it up soon as he gets back.

Is it just me or has the vw scene in dville just exploded? like ive been seeing a ton of mkiv and some mkiii. its so awesome. and im looking for some r32/20th mkiv wheels for my gti. so be on the look out for a set for me. if anybody just wants to shoot the **** on a weeknight in a parking lot im down

Anyway I've pmed you guys about a g2g this sunday the 23rd. And yeah the Grey R 4 door isn't very tough. My golf eats it with ease. Not even in the ballpark of Andre's ... not even the same sport.

I don't think I'd say the "Scene" is exploding. Just more owners. I pmed everyone I could about a G2G today and nobody responded but you Jack.

I plan to buy a dv off of him. and any plans for Cruising the Coast? im down to do cruise just down the beach one night. I plan to start working on my car very soon. Plans are to do a FMIC, Forge DV (buying from Bobby) and some R32 reps. and Maybe some coils down the line. If anybody just wants to hang and talk about cars im down any day of the week.

Finally picked up the corrado yesterday and she is a handful installing bov and intercooler today then cranking the boost up to around 20 psi.

I got a forge splitter you can throw on there to see how much it doesn't do without being chipped.... JACK!!! how many times do I have to tell you without a flash all that stuff is for nothing. The FMIC will drop your boost by about +/- 2 psi. Then you are losing power as well as boost response. Longer boost piping means more lag. Also a stock SMIC is capable of handling a K04-001 at 20 psi. You should really listen to the people who are trying to save you money What kind of diverter valve are you buying?

I'll see that 20psi and raise you to 25. That thing is sick though. I have a soft spot for the rare models... especially when they are clean. Whats that thing got in it. G60? 20v swap? 24v VRT? What is it what is it?

in all honestly i just want an exhaust and some aristos. But right now work is slow so my hours are cutting down. So money is a little tight right now. Plus i have to pay for Homecoming and other bull**** like that.

I know a couple places to get rep aristos. I thought I had a bad one on the GLI and I was in a pinch.

Please elaborate on where to get aristos. and yeah there is some guy selling a "greddy" one for like 175. It just look like a Greddy muffler and some average shop tubing. but for 175 it doesnt seem like a bad idea.

So my tiptronic tranny does this on first starts in the morning. I'll put it in drive and it will go to shift from first to second. When it disengages 1st it kinda get stuck and my RPMs just keep climbing and then it finally hits 2nd and from then on im fine. Im so worried that im going to have to have my tranny rebuilt.

Yeah thats basically a poor mans super-car at 20psi in any vr. Nicely done. I guess I need to go ahead and boost my 24v.
