Had a set of these lying around and test fitted them. Gonna take some fender rolling and spacers to make these fit.
Might be worth it as they weigh only 14lbs each. 15x6.5 up front 15x7 in rear. Zero offset! but with a 4x100 bolt pattern.

- Assembled the control arms.
Finished the hard lines and installed 2 MC mounted pressure limiters rather than the prop valve under the car.
Changed transmission fluid to Redline.
Next is to put the control arms, axles, bearing housings and brakes on and it's should be good to go.
Question: do people install the axles first then the control arms or the other way around?

I did control arms first..

That's what I opted for as well, decided it would probably be bad to have the axles hanging there while I curse and pry at the control arms.
I think I just hit a new personal record; 2.75 hours to install one control arm. An hour and a half of that was just trying to get the front bolt in. Turns out somewhere in the car's past it was dropped on the subframe and the box that the front bushing mounts in was crushed out of shape.
Oh well, it's in now and I'm sitting back with a well earned beer. After supper I'll get back to everything else and with luck it will all be HorsePowerTV easy.

The pictures from that show made me hate my car a little, I have SO FAR to go
Yesterday, I found the weak point in my headlight wiring that was causing my passenger side head light to not work every so often as well as making the high beam not work.
Didn't get to test fit / put my wheels on, it rained until it got dark
Plans for today;
Try to make it to the stereo install shop before they close and get a quote on installing my head unit.

Yesterday I bolted the axles to the transmission. Was able to tighten one tie rod end back and the other is stuck. Today I will cut it off and replace.
Put the pass side wheel well cover back Will most likely be taking it off to remove ac and ps today.
Pics on my other phone.

Cleaned a bunch of dried oil and dirt gunk from around my cold start valve and fuel distributor, some old rotted rubber insulation came right off with the gunk on one of the wires bundles I was cleaning. There is this little rubber grommet underneath the CSV that ends in a wire that is kind of spongey, need to figure out what it is because it looks really old and oil is leaking around the edges which I'm pretty sure is where all the gunk came from. Also cleaned oil from around my oil filler cap, it looks like some might be leaking out of the edges. Oh yeah and I drove around a bunch with a smile on my face pumping chemical bros on the stereo.
