Picked up a set of 15x7 Borbet Type E's, Test fit and ordered proper hubcentric rings/lug nuts. Undecided on spacer sizes... advice?? Excuse terrible phone picture.

That looks boss man! Do you have a closeup of the fender/tire? I'm still debating 165/45/15 and 165/50/15 on a 15x8. For now I'm gonna run them on a small bumper/no flares Jetta for a bit then when my swap is done they'll go on my big bumper/8v flares Jetta. The 175/55s that came with my wheels are getting destroyed by the fender

Front passenger side brakes started grinding yesterday, today I put new rotors and pads.

Passenger side inner brake pad had no brake compound on it at all,
driver side pads had the brake compound crumbled to pieces when I took the pads off.

I have a question and it would be stupid to make a thread about it and i tried searching.
I have an 86 jetta GL. Came with 13"s with 175/70s. I am going to get BBS RAs, 195, 50 r15s. I figure this will change my speedo a bit, how can i get it back to being accurate? or is it not going to make a difference?

Decided that mother nature is probably trying her hardest to force me away from using CIS in my 16v swap since I can't find the harness that I need after searching since Wednesday with no luck. Now I have to buy a fuel rail and a chip, with barely any money.

Blah blah, long story short I really need a 16v fuel rail with fpr holder, and I need it now. If anyone has one, please message me immediately. I will take it right now.

Sent it to the Dr. this morning for a new clutch, I went down to Auburn and picked up a new toy:
    Yeah, it's an 8v. If I wanted a sporty car, I'd buy an R.

Had my GTI for a month. It had some glazed hard water spot windows. I could barely see thru it. Spent 5 hours cleaning them but well worth it b/c now I can see thru them and cleaned my black mk2 floor mats I found at the yard

Tested out the gottireps on the mk2.
Looks like I will need more than 20mm to make it poke a bit more. Also the front won't go lower since the wheel will hit the coilovers spring. The rear is all the way down :-/, I actually like how the fk's ride.
