Hey guys, Yanks fan here. This will be my first year with season tics and hoping that all will be good . I was really disappointed with Pavano last season, and I really wanted him in the rotation I just hope he lives up to my expectations this season. And I think RJ will do alot better during his 2nd season in pinstripes. I loved seeing Tino back and I hope he'll play some roll for one more year, but prolly not likely if Giambi stays healthy*crosses fingers*

BUT, I'm really disappointed with the signing of Damon, yea he's a great lead off guy, but his defense sucks, and I don't feel he the best long-term replacement to Bernie.

But the lineup will be unbelievable this year, I cant wait!!!

Yea I know they did'nt pick up his option, but I still would like to see him on the team for one more season. I'm just having a hard time letting go of the old team.

The Yankees only had Posada and Flats for the last 2 or 3 years.

Most teams only carry 2.

well im sure im up there with dedicated fans. at 22 years old i drive up to NY to see yankees games every year...FROM NORTH CAROLINA (been here since 2001)

I drove from Virginia to Boston (I'm from upstate NY) with no tickets to see the Sox play the Yands in the ALCS in 2004. Bought tickets and saw the Oakland series games and 2 of the Yankee series games including the Pedro-Zimmer game. What a time.

The bullpen catcher isn't on the 25 man roster.

The Sox only had 3 available catchers for a game after September call ups. Then most teams go from 2 to 3 catchers.

RJ doesn't like throwing to Posada so thats the day he is given off. Could you imagine how much RJ would hate pitching to Piazza?
