No can do. My triathlon is Sunday and I'm resting Saturday.

Sunday afternoon I'll be at the Prince Alfred intensive care unit if you want to drop by.

Nice flat course...the water is so shallow at Elwood you could walk it....How abut you follow me on the bike leg for a draft

Matt the serial number is on the non-drive side drop-out. Take out your rear wheel and it will be stamped into the drop-out. It should be more or less covered up by the skewer from the back wheel.

And, I like Elwwod bowl. bent my BMX cranks doing flyouts to the flat landing, out of the deep bowl about 10 years ago.

hey osqar, I rode the rain bitch in to work today. Clip on fenders kick arse.

    16. 02-12-2007 10:55 PM #3622
Looks like you could ride it down the slope - but you'd have a fair turn of speed by the time you got to the bottom!

    17. 02-12-2007 11:32 PM #3623
I 'd pass on that slope. I have a day job.

hahahha... very cool! a very nice lil rain biyatch.

I took the pug to Paul's workshop at Kogerah today. It didn't rain. hahha... Paul is doing the pink slip I told him about the Koni's and he like the idea. There's a bit of preventative maintenance that he will also do before I get the suspension, but it's all happening!

After seeing the demon in action on Sunday I think Stiffler could.

Chris would try but prob just get a flat on the way to the edge.

    21. 02-13-2007 01:17 AM #3627
I'd do the easier bit in the distance.

Brisbane seems to be lacking in huge drops like that. And no, I don't think I'd attempt what that guy is doing. At least he's not landing flat!

      Ah yes!
Wait, What? Me, upsidedown, wearing my bike and chewing on pedal?
The Mocassin would consider it, but then realise he was too hung over to go through with it.

Flats will not stop the monkey. Ill try most things once.

Get some bearings before your back end falls off.

Whats going on with Thredbo? What dates you away stifness?

If you've got a spare five minutes, have a look at this Tom Boonen film clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...earch=

The best bit is the slow mo towards the end. Talk about powerful legs.

I got a Drapac Porsche jersey today... my dad got it for me. Its a brand new one with the Giant sponsorship. I think with them joining the Pro-tour this year, it is good to get behind the Aussies... plus it says Porsche on it

(Thats the old one with Bianchi sponsorship -this one is so new, none of their wbe pics are even updated yet!)

I think it would suit Wayne... Mr Porsche Giant man... It might inspire him to ride the bike!

Nice! Is it open trails or part of a comp?

Did you end up buying a rack yet?

Open trails. You have to pay for a lift pass though, just like skiing. No walking/riding up hills.

No rack yet. Need to sort out new house/car first.

Nice one, I have not seen Tom Boonen win the world champs finish before. He was pretty good.

Todd, don't wear the whole red outfit, please. Your still under 25 though? You might get away with it. Older, saggier men in red knicks is a bit of a NO NO.

I feel sorry for the red head guy pushed right to the back of the photo, no wonder.

I am a bit concered now. it seems the strut brace hits the bonnet? You need to cut out a section of the sound deadener (sp?) to make it close. It still may hit even. Might have to get medievil on the strut brace and bend the kink just a tiny bit.

I think new top strut mounts might be the go at the same time. It starts to add up hey. I would like to do it all at once. The Koni's sound like a harsh set-up, might be fun.

I did get some a few things from the link below, spoke to Mark on the phone he went and pulled it apart for me and took pics, nice guy.

And last thing, I am going to get some rt-615 in 205/50/15 for around $150 a peice. 15's are so good when it comes to $$

I love the matching colored luggage. So 80's! hahahahha.. awesome!

As for the strut top brace not fitting? hmmm, interesting. Will chat to Paul when I see him later today.

And yes... strut top mounts (bushes) should always be changed when you do your struts.

The Koni's? They will be hard, but this is a $7k go cart! who cares!

the 205/50/15's? hmmmm, well, I'm using yum cha brand 205/50's and they suck. The steering feels dead & lifeless. Once I get the suspension in, I'm gunna buy some 195's, some spazzy grippy sticky buggers. I want to "feel it" bay-bee!

With my Red Gti, once I reverted to stock 16" wheels and rubber, the handling improved dramatically. My car already handled superb, but once the smaller, thinner, lighter wheels and rubber were used, the handling was insanely good. little car's don't need big rubber!
