I too have tried to figure this out. Maybe we should try to come up with the answer. Or at least come up with our own Ten Parameters that make this car so different.

Vehicle has to be able to do 300 kph all day without the hood vibrating.

Vehicle has to be able to maintain an inside temp of 21°C (70°F) with four people in it and an OAT of 49°C (120°F).
