    Rare Rally classic FOR SALE: 1984 Renault R5 Turbo2

    After 6 loving years my father has finally decided that its time to get rid of his pride and Joy. His 1984 Renault R5 Turbo2. He has updated the clutches, exhaust, put in cobra seats. Has all EPA & DOT papers. Never wrecked or raced, no suprises, has spares of wheels and tires. Books and manuals. The car was featured in a xbox rally video game which we have a copy of . Cross drilled rotors, SS lines, new oils lines. Runs great, about 30,000 miles. I am just posting this for him and know there are some car enthusiests on here so do give him a e-mail if you are interested.

    my neighbor growing up was a grey market importer...had the same exact car!!

    I used to drool over the Gotti wheels!!! and you gotta just love the bright red paint....back then, most people thought the car was a joke...as compared to the Le Car....but then it litterally flew!!

    The R5 is one of only two Renault's I would place in my dream garage (the Alpina is the other one), and this is a great example. Good luck with the sale, I hope it goes to someone who will truly appreciate it.

    It is very hard on him I can see it, usually he only keeps cars for 5 years but this one he has a special bond too. He said he turns more heads with this than any other car he's owned, not that thats why he bought it. He is selling it for a 546 RWHP Z06

    Yeah, he is looking for $30k and pretty firm at that price. This is an amazing condition R5 Turbo also, pristine condition.
