There is no doubt that a chipped 1.8t will walk on most VR6's but I wouldnt go as far as saying that the 1.8t is stronger than a VR6 as there are quite a few stock internal VR6's putting out over 500WHP. I have yet to see a stock internal 1.8T do that. You cannot argue the fact that both motors are great in their own right. Two different animals!
