I still think it looks like a manpon...

...but I'm biased towards liking vw's that were build with more metal than plastic in them, so I'd say my opinion is weighted

Just gave the Cabby its last bath, the guy will be picking it up tomorrow evening.
tonight will be the cars final night at the meet, next weeks meet there will be something new

I think I'll just make progress posts here.

To bring everybody up to date. I rolled the Blue 90 Corrado back in January. I bought a non running 92 SLC rado in March, Tornado Red with a VERY nice red dot interior and 16" double 5 spoke Momo wheels. The ultimate goal is to put a built 20/20T with an EFR6258 on MS3/3X in it.

Where I am at now: 2 weeks ago the VR powertrain was removed along with the ABS and all of the engine compartment wiring. Today the dash was removed (and both front seats) and the CE2 engine harness from the blue rado was reworked for only what will be needed. We also marked the CE2 front lighting harness so all that it needs is some de-pinning and wire removal. The engine bay has also been degreased but needs a little more work.

As things move along I'll pass on details. No pics, sorry you'll just have to wait till it's done.

On the fence about selling it - 2000 Honda VTR 1000 Super hawk 996.

Have a bunch done to it and only 14k miles - if there's any interest let me know, ti's Yellow and have less than 200 miles on the new tires.

Will post pic's if there is any interest. Monster Vtwin with the sound and wheelie capability to go with it

$3500 as it sits with mods, have 500 more in mods I'll let go for that price if it sells.

I'm looking for the opening vent windows (wing windows) ,metal window vents so the windows can be cracked and the inside not get wet when it rains. Also looking for center console and wheels

Just wanted to let you know I drove the 83 yesterday. things runs GREAT. has some coolant leaks and no brakes but little at a time. It was Funny I had to get out and stop it myself. HAHAHA. But you can hear the turbo spool. haha It's so tinny.

Hell no, he loves that truck!

He is always looking for spare parts though, so if you need anything I'll tell him to keep an eye out. I know he just did the vent windows on his, along with rabbit swaybars and 14" wheels
