It's time once again for a Corrado progress report.

The motor and trans are in the car, The new underhood fuse and relay box is fully wired up as is the car side of the 40 pin engine connector. The engine side of the 40 pin is fully wired and loomed for the ABA ( it will get reworked when the 20/20 goes back in) but not fully terminated. Battery is in as are the Mk3 battery cables and I got most if not all of the CE2 issues fixed. The cluster is working correctly and THE ENGINE TURNS OVER WITH THE KEY!!!!!! So I even have fully functioning factory anti-theft. With some luck I'll have the engine running next weekend. Still have to hook up exhaust and CV axles (stub shaft seals were ordered today).

I have a small list of things I'm looking for and willing to pay for...

Mk2 GTI/Jetta Front Fenders - "in good shape mine are poo"
R32 or AUDI TT front axles - I will prolly get these new
Anyone willing to work for beer ^.^

Additionally, ill be machining some custom parts for my build.
If anyone wants to come learn how to use a lathe, mill and/or a CNC id be happy to teach while i work.

I know I'm more of a lerker here only a few of you have met me , but does anybody have a Vag-com set up to scan my 2000 Jetta TDI ? I just replaced the under hood fuse block and it seems to have slipped into safe mode again I think .

Pete is your friend... probably best to meet him at a Wednesday meet since he works quite a bit. I'm sure he'll chime in soon.

Well I'm making progress on putting in the Aftermarket AC in the Caddy.
I got all the lines hooked up to the firewall plate today and got the evaporator mounted under the dash.
All thats left to do is the wiring and get some hoses made for in the cabin.
hopefully by the weekend the caddy will have AC once again!!

I have a mint set of black mk3 vr leathers atm in my mk2. So i'm good with seats until i get a roll cage.

I have not seen a flate black GTI since the chalkboard painted mkIII, that has been owned by a few people here. not sure if its still around though.

It was southbound on US1; I have no idea where he turned, but it was a few lights south of Palm Bay road if that clears it up

Was doin about 70ish when he passed me, and I jumped over behind him and cruised for a mile or two before he turned

I can't make Wednesday meets unless I bring my two kids along, with that being said went out to 5 Guys tonight, no dub love there anybody go? A lot of my Mustangs friends go but any on here?

Nice looking wheel, but 8.5" would be tough to fit under the caddy

Well my best friend Tim and I probably qualify

I could possibly make the G2G but not in my Corrado since it's not fully together yet. Tim lives in Mims so it's tough for him to make the meets.

Should have the 2-Dr TDI on the road soon did some dash mods today. But found some water behind the drivers seat. No Sunroof so not sure where it's coming from yet.
Going to be tuff for us to come out both of us are in school.

Door seal as stated, or the tail light gasket.

Thanks going to check both this week, Lots of rain to help, but this time no water.

I'm also looking for a body kit. R32, 20th or anything that fits good.
