The timing chain kit pricing on our site is accurate (the $144.95 price was from back in 2006).

I'm not sure if you are the same person who I spoke with yesterday, but even through all the horror threads my friend told me to give you a chance as he had good luck previously. I did and placed an order last Tuesday 5/14/13. Wednesday morning I got a phone call that it would be 1-3 days to process and I would get an email with a tracking number (which is the same thing as my account says on your website, a note from one of your employees leaving me the message). As of Friday after work I had nothing, so I sent an email and had no response. I tried to call Monday and had no response. I got a hold of the person who had left me the voice mail yesterday and after a long hold time they said they spoke to the warehouse and that it was just then about to ship...7 days after the order, but promised it would be here by Friday. As of this evening your website states my order is still pending and no tracking.

Currently I have a car down, parts that "maybe" got shipped a week after ordering (which in your fine print on your website states to call immediately if a customer hasn't heard anything in a week after ordering, is it that common?) and am frustrated with lack of communication on your company's behalf. I tried to send you a message but your account is full on vortex. All I can say is I have never had this problem with other companies, are you going to make it right or should I get a refund and be another unhappy customer? All I am asking for my parts that I paid for to be at my door so I can drive my poor MK3!
