Look again. They do indeed fit your car.

It's too late to get out now in order to have it overnighted with Saturday delivery. Please CALL US for emergency issues like this. Again, we cannot afford to live on the forums all day.

All those items are on the site.

Unfortunately, we do not sit at desks all day and browse the Vortex and wait for folks to IM us, and we certainly do not take orders through IM. Companies actually do that? LOL! Also, any shop that solely relies on doing business via an instant message service on a discussion forum is one that should be questioned. The phone is *ALWAYS* going to yield a quicker result in any question relating to a product *NOT* on our site. Telephone, guys....that's how you can receive an *IMMEDIATE* answer. Three (3) phone lines here will all but insure you get through to us.
With that said, we were closed Thursday and Friday of last week and Monday of this week, as our entire sales team traveled to NEUSPEED for Optican software training. Obviously, we are back now, though.
On your reference to mentioning another company in our commercial thread: it's great company you speak of. Unfortunately, they charge you more for OE maintenance parts than we do and do not offer free shipping on orders under $50.
As far as I know, they don't take orders through IM, either.
Interesting...it seems the good folks at MJM took it upon themselves to purge my posts..but not their reply in defense. I sure hope they conduct more honest and open communication in their business dealings! It has been my understanding that Vortex was an open Forum and as long as posts were in good taste and not deliberately slanderous fabrications they would stand...so were does this onesided censorship fit in...Moderator? The Forum Sponsors can do no wrong? What kind of free and open communication is that? Sounds like totalitarian governments type of "free press" to me!

96 Golf...Gone...But not forgotten..Great ride!
2000 Passat GLX...Gone...But not forgotten either..have scars on my knuckles from all the "wrenching" to keep it on the road!
2008 Rabbit S, VWsport springs/OEM shocks, GTI brakes all around, GTI rear swaybar...best balanced car I've had in a while!
Not to be... well, rude, I guess... but I did check your site, didn't really find what I was looking for or maybe I was looking in the wrong place.
I also did call your company, and left a message. Took you at LEAST a week, if not more to call me back.
Regardless, I was able to pull a rear caliper bracket off a junker and put in my new rotor, pads, etc. I couldn't afford to let my car sit on a jack for a week waiting.
I'm sure I'll have need for new (read: not junked) brake parts in the future. I'll TRY to keep your company in mind.
brake package (front/rear rotors and pads)
rear wheel bearings
parking brake cables
on Friday. Cheapest prices on the web for all those parts (by $100). And they got here today. Was not expecting them until Thursday.
