Looks pretty good!Got some questions for you since I'll be doing the same thing:
1. What exhaust mani did u use?
2. Running stock exhaust?
3. Why BOV? I mean, why are you dumping metered air into the atmosphere?
4. How did you bypass the Secondary Air Pump system?
5. Any CEL?
#6
it's EIPs STG 2 kit...it came bolted to the turboits a Greddy type s BOV. it came with the kit. and apparently there are no issues with it
The secondary air is deleted becuz the turbo mani doesnt use the egr components.
and finally...its a VW you live by the CEL light LOL!

unless he gets a mkiv ecu with no air pump, hes suppose to post part numbers in another thread but I havent seen any activity there. I am sure you could also do some hard programming and remove it by was of removing the entire emmisions block in the ecu.

is that a stock valve cover? Sorry, I've never seen a mk4 vc. Awesome job!

Matt, how hard was the install? Looking to get one of these or a Kinetic one.
I will probably need to change the exhaust manifold as my brake master cylinder is on the left side.BTW what sort of coil are you using?
#17
well i had q and a friend matt g help alto witht he install. It really wasnt to hard to install, the problem was getting all the parts. We had some problems with eip and gettign a good complete kit. But once all the parts were in it flew by quick. Q can rip an engine down to the bottom block real quick. Give an inspecion on your head though and make sure it isnt 2 messed up before you replace it with the thicker gasket.

is comes with the turbo already bolted to the manifold so i'm not sure what you were talkin bout there...as far as the coil i'm assuming you're talkin bout the ignition coil...its the factory piece

That doesn't look like mine. The oil fill spot on this one is a lot taller and looks to have the PCV built into the same hole.[img=http://thumb7.webshots.net/t/59/659/2/61/50/2818261500097706287LGFJhJ_th.jpg]

It is the standard AZG valve cover, AEGs are different.

yea my engine is slightly different from other older 2.0's. I also have a vacum line running off the upper manifold up on the front right that isnt on older 2.0's. I think it goes to the evap system, not sure, i plugged it anyway
