    Me- no it's not

Al- yes it is. Road and track says so.

Other guy- yeah, road and track said so in this article from 2010.

Morio- lol @ you two. Ok Al your car is the fastest.

    Me- no it's still not a 998.

Al- yes it is. I know this because I work on them. You don't know because you don't have a license.

Me- nope, still isn't a 998. You mad.
I Never quoted the mag man,
Never started this Cort, you did.. But Cort, i know I'm not the fastest I just enjoy what I built... Especally when i beat cars that every magazine and car website are doing reviews on. Pardon me that I was proud of me buolding a fast vw, i think alot pf people have forgotten what the "vw" means in Vortex's web address. Get a car (and license from what ever country/state/website you need) so we don't start "silly ****." You act like I beat your band new porsche (calling me out on the model number and all) I NEVER STARTED this Court, but you did start "silly ****" - Morio. I'll be there tuesday with the Carrado... No bs, no excuses, put your car that you bought where your mouth is Cort... Let's do this and stop the bull****.. I want to see if you have half the nerve to produce all this face to face because I think your Internet balls are big, but you have nothing in real life where all of us live...

I'm sure if he were dumping it on the ground with some BBS RS on it, the feedback would be more positive.

I mean really man? YOU quoted Wiki, something you won't get a degree from a community college for quoting. I quote a legit article and all you do is run your mouth? Sorry R&T>Wiki>You.

Also, Al never quoted R&T, I did, at least read what was written before running your trap and looking dumb.

998 or 991 how about this: "Al beat a BRAND new Porsche" - sorry he did quote the number you deemed to be correct. POST me a link to prove me wrong and I will shut up. No wiki, for sure no BS Euro Tuner... If you read you will get the joke in that last sentence....

If y'all haven't been to the BMW dealer its like you died and went to DB heaven. Wifi, computers, free fancy coffee, staff offers complementary reach arounds. It really is a strange place with $$$$$$$$. I felt so out of my comfort zone.

Anyone interested in taking the L1 course at the driveway w me? I was going to take it wed but quickly added up my motorsports bill for the first half of the month and it's a "bit" too much when I add the L1 course.

Lmk we can schedule it whenever I'm very open.

It's worth it. Once you take the class you can go back and do 20min sessions for $25. If you're already experienced on the track just let them know and they'll try to make sure you're still learning things.

Btw I scored some nice tab seats for my truck instead of the gray Corrado seats I was gonna use that I had available.....

SOO if anyone wants some FREE gray pleather/cloth corrado seats all you have to do is come take em out and there yours for the taking....

On one clarity point .. I was NOT street racing ... I was on limecreek , grant at the limit(standard Sunday drive for me). I didn't break any law in the process , I merely ran a good pace. I just want it clear what I was doing.

I'm down but I think I'd rather wait for the fall when it cools off a little more and more money is acquired.

Sweet! Just park across the street, you'll see the line of other vw's along side of the building. Just remember to park backwards, because "dubbers always back it in".

Not many shaved bay TT's either... That's a pretty straight forward shave and wire tuck. Winter project?
that's the thing, I would love to have time for it. but I am sure it won't work out that way I do have a Merc to get ready for Wasser

That pic is one of the cleanest attempts on a shaved bay for a TT I have seen... and I actually like it!!! maybe I should put my Pcar fund off another year and go BT, shaved bay on the TT

Honestly if we did it, and actually did it, it's not that hard. If we had all the parts we needed and materials we could knock it out in a few days. I would wait until it is a BIT cooler. After that it is on!
