I didn't scan all 24 pages but I just wanted to mention Alpha & Omega, specifically the album Sound System Dub, for anybody who likes reggae infused dub, this album is super hard

I had heard about this stuff in the early days (2005?) when I was really into drum and bass. I had no idea what the hell it was. I don't know why it took so long for me to listen to it again.

One of the sickest drops I've heard:

    Glad this thread exists.

Has anyone heard dubstep on the radio? Only time I have is when I tune into BBC Radio 1 online.

Any predictions for when Bieber and all of the other filth bring this into the mainstream? I think dubstep will hit mainstream radio this year, unfortunately.

I know britney spears has sort of already jumped in the bandwagon.

It was a mix of electro/house/dubstep.

I've been tempted to contact a few local stations that are independent from Clear Channel or the other giants and see if I could do a late-night dubstep show. I'm graduating from Kent State with a Communication degree, so I'm qualified. Qualified-ish.

Im a semi fan of dubstep, imo sometimes it can get a bit too repetitive too much wobble wobble bass....I like it a little more toned down with some dnb elements. And for that person who posted the pretty lights track, I got to see them live, I lasted 5 mins and I left, they're garbage.

Sorry if this has been posted already, but this mix is pretty fun.

Daladubz - Pink elephants VIP by Daladubz

Also, the War of the Worlds mix is awesome.

Unfortunately I've pretty much stopped listening to dubstep because it's so hard to find decent stuff.

Loving Daladubz - Pink elephants VIP.

Been listening to dubstep for a little over a year, i love it. rpreslar, you are totally right. there are thousands of crap dubstep remixes of every track out there, it's hard to sort through all of them. UKF Dubstep on youtube has a few good tracks.

BTW if you guys like dubstep and have not seen a show live, DO IT!! You will fall in love with dubstep, or at least i did!

80 person venue/show last night with Krafty Kuts. Normally known for his breaks, this dude threw down some of the nastiest dubstep on his second hour of his set, my ears are still ringing today.

I dont know how to share PureVolume links, so bear with me.

http://www.purevolume.com/moreamor/a...F#audio_player - Miss Martyr. Its actually a fairly decent pop-ish song, but at about 2:00 goes into a really sick dubstep breakdown. You need to hear it with headphones - it was the first time I'd ever heard wobble bass wobble left to right.

    Also this

    hey guys

i am trying to find a song to use for a video project I'm working on.

nothing TOO specific, but I am looking for the following attributes:

    female vocals
    "feel good" feel

not to "filthy" with the bass breakdowns.

i really almost had exactly what i wanted here

but it slows down waaay too hard.

    thanks in advance dewds

btw the song in the link is M'Black - Heartbreak (Bare Noize Remix)
    Sugar. Water. Purple.
