can you show possible installs of these lights? The back of the ecode is sealed and I think it would have to be drilled to run the wiring from the bulb to the ballast

all you have to do is drill a whole on the rear round plastic piece and run the wires there......very simple my friend

Sweeet! GTI ecodes are H1's right? I'm just assuming since that is what is currently in my votex lamps.

Do you have any of the 3000K or 4300K sets? I'd really like one of those.

    same question here too

the housing you use these lights in will determine the light pattern, not the light itself. So whatever your current light pattern is will be the same, just brighter. Or a different color depending on the kelvin you choose.

what if you have dual chamber lights? Do you have to get two sets? I dont know much about lights never really needed to know much more than putting a bulb in.

I doubt they will give you 2 sets for that price. If you wanted you could buy a second set for the high beams, but to be honest its not needed. Plus if you do it that way you lose the ability to flash your high beams to warn traffic since HID's don't light up as fast as halogens.

The low beam HID is PLENTY of light. I ran a 4300k set and I RARELY ever used my high beams, the HID's pretty much washed them out anyways.
