Dan, you find that head unit by any chance?

I found a mk3 headunit at my house. If anyone has an old mk2 headunit thats taking up space please let us know.
Does anyone know if a stock vw mk3 headunit fits into a mk2?

I'm probably out on the seafood tonight.

Cam doing a boser is a ton of work.. its easy getting the hood done at a good body shop but the worst part if figuring how your going to pop the hood lol.. trust me on this one.. i cut my hand every time i open my hood.
I like steve's old 20th style boser... it wasnt too agressive and looked super clean.

Wyatt, thanks for the info bud. U just opened my eyes... WOW ive never seen that car b4, i love custom b0sers too. That looks really nice, and could be a plausible option for what I want. I've been concerned about how the hood opens too.
Everyone seems to do that Speedtech extension (as the three cars I posted), but THAT is something u don't see all the time. i like that. ALOT.
Jeebus, u cut ur hand? That seems harsh...

The head unit will fit. Every vw radio prior to the Double Din in the later MK4's will fit into any Vw single din opening ie MK1, MK2, MK3, Early MK4. The wiring on the other hand is a bit of a challenge

If you have the H&R part # I can call and check on the price for you....H&R makes 1x00 to 5x130 adapters....and jj or russ might be able to get the hookup on them since they are marketing those wheels to vw/audi owners...either way let me know.
