So I haven't posted in the new thread..
I was wondering if anyone knows first hand of a shop locally that will work on g60 engines. I was going to rebuild this engine too, but I dont feel like doing another project with no garage...
If anyone knows a good referance send me an IM.
Also I thought I'd post a pic of what I'm driving, and the 90Q that I'm finishing up...

And here's my daily, It's lower now with koni's and H&r's, flag mirrors and a few goodies...

Coupe interior is almost completely done. Many thanks to rick and noah this weekend.
Gotta finish up patching the floors(need some sheetmetal for this though), and fix the latches on the pass side door.
headliner, doorpanels, dash, rear tray, GTI rear folding seats, console, VWMS rear beam fabrication, and partly shaved engine bay are mostly done...only tons left to do.
E-code's will be here tuesday, and a bunch more go fast bits...
Woooo it feels so good, aside from crazy hours, to be working on this pos again.

A couple people have mentioned Pelham before, I gotta give them a call...
Are the expensive or worth the price?

I haven't dealt with them, but from what I understand they're pretty reasonable.

Thanx good to know, I tried Greenfield Imported a while back, and they gave me the cold shoulder when I mentioned it was a G60....made me feel real uneasy, plus the guy started questioning the work I wanted done and said that the computer estimate for the head gasket job and such waas way under and it would be quite a bit more, not to mention they charge close to $80 an hour...fun fun
