Went and checked out this POS today. I was ready to lay some cash down too....lol...what a heap. Asked him if it was inspectable. He said yeah just an exhaust leak and needs a rear bumper.

Ha, half the exhaust was missing, fuel tank held up with red ratchet straps, fuel line leaking in the engine bay, every switch knob hanging from the wiring and pulled out. It did start and idle like a champ I must say though...
