Well, got her back today. Runs a little better - still needs a new O2 sensor and have the fuel mixture adjusted, but right now it's okay to drive. Maybe have my parts in tomorrow so it'll be running like new. *sigh* I hope...![]()

Lee got coils? And Lee - see if those welder guys in the shop want to make me some slider brackets for my Recaros. I'll bring 'em in one day if they will (I need a new fuel tank anyways - and another magnet...).
Oh, and tonight I'm gonna try to rig up my Frankenstein horns. Cut-offers beware - if this plan works it'll sound like 6 different cars comin at 'em.
Oh again, yesterday I pulled my muffler off...

Today I kept working at re-wiring the Falcon:I was stopped in my tracks when I ran out of butt connectors and zipties. I had to wait around untill my roommate was able to take me to get more supplies. Anyhow, I have it mostly done as of right now, I just have to figure out the ignition switch, the headlight switch, and the turn signal switch. I think once I get the ignition installed the other stuff will be cake.
The battery tray is in awesome condition... normally they are rusted like swiss cheeze
The 200 I-6 is getting it's generator swapped out for an alternator tomorrow. I have the alternator, the brackets, and the one-wire regulator:

Technically I would have to swap in the V8 steering linkage and spindles. If I were to drop the V8 in with the 6cyl suspension, the linkage would hit the oil pan and not allow me full steering travel. The 7.5" rear end would get chewed up and spit out by a healthy V8 as well.
Eventually I might put in V8, with a healthy suspension and drivetrain that can handle it. from what I've heard though, the 6cyl. Falcon has pretty decent performance.

Well I finally did my rear beam on the corrado, but not enough to keep the corrado from crab walking. The good:
1. Fixed the .5 degrees out syndrome on my back axle.
2. My E-brake works properly now.The bad:
1. Stripped a mounting bolt.![]()
2. The brakes in the rear arent working properly cause of the proportioning valve.
3. holy crap it was cold when the sun went down.Dar she blows

I take it from the pics that you finally bought a decent jack? How did you strip a mounting bolt, and which one was it? Maybe we can re-tap it or something?
Any way, hopefully you'll get the crab-walking straightened out. I think if the unibody is warped theres a machine that might be able to twist it back into shape.
As far as the rear brakes go, you might need to lift up on the proportioning valve to get it to work right. If I remember right, I had to ziptie mine up to the beam while I bled the brakes.

The owner of that D-90 is really proud of it. You probably couldn't get him to part with that thing. If you do get a D-90 though, you will have to wear a safari hat and talk with an accent, either South African or Australian. They sound a lot alike, but according to one of my professors who is from S.A., a discerning ear can tell the difference
