I think he was looking for a turbo without tiptronic ecu, because his car would become a turbo/regular slush box car...
If you still have the car under control, you are not going fast enough...

Started wondering today if I really DO have 3 cars. Haven't seen the rabbit in over 6 months, and now the cabrio in about a month... lol...
At least the passat is getting some garage time, I'm sure it appreciates it.

You still have a car...But your car still have the mystery... The throttle body checked ok, the MAF checked ok, Rey came here today and we checked the harness and the switches and everything is working as it should...Except the problem is still there...
Gotta love a good challenge every once in a while...

Actually DROVE the mk3 to work this morning. (or "drove the chit out of it", as Nadim would say)
With the cam/headers/crank pully/TT chip installed and a fresh cyl head, freaking night and difference.. Car actually feels decently quick (for what it is)

Happy for you bro-ham

this looks nice!
wish i had this in my garage.

I put some new tires on yesterday. Went from Falken 512s to 912s. Then put gas in the tank and rubbed all the way home..
the sidewalls are waaay more rounded out on these. so when I got home, I rolled the fenders out a bit more.
eh.. it's growing on me. I just need to get a good fender roller on there and do the isht right. my fenders are all crazy right now due to my cheapa$$ using the louisville slugger method. BUT, I am hella picky. Hopefully I will be happier with the 912s tread life/performance to make it all worthwhile. I do like that they are asymmetrical. Thanks this little red golf has come a lonnnnnnnngggggg way and still needs work. I need to find a external fuel housing so i can drive it

I took a 1/2 day yesterday from work and left around lunch time, it was too nice to sit at the computer till 5. So I was minding my business and driving chit out of my car when a sheriff’s car decided to pull me over. I explained to him that I left work early to go and drive chit out of my car on a beautiful day, and he let me go off with a written warning.
