Looking at the parts illustrations there's a nut you'll need to get to by pulling down the headliner. Then you'll have the hole in your roof to deal with.

    It's pretty simple, sorta...

Mine was damaged and I had to replace it with a new one from TM Tuning.

This thread gave most of the info, but it was a little vague about some things.

Pulling off the "roof edge trim" was really difficult. It required a LOT of power to pull it down. I was really worried stuff would break, but I pulled straight down and it was fine.

Disconnecting the old antenna was really hard too, as the wires are almost wound around the airbag inflation canisters. The whole thing was exasperated by the fact that you have to work it backwards since you have to use a mirror to see most of it.

Installing the new antenna had it's own batch of problems, but if you don't need to know it, I won't bother going into it.

If you need more info, let me know.

3 years back, I threw a "half brick" 50 feet high and it got stuck in the fruit tree.

Wow. That was alot more work than I expected. Definetly not looking foward to this. But my antenna had a little encounter with my garage door, and it cracked. So I have no other choice but to replace it. (ill try and get some pics tommorow)

The antenna doesnt sit flush anymore and its cracked around the 'fin', since its not flush im worried about water getting in there. I found a place on ebay that sells the fin so ill probably order it this weekend and try and get this done.

Ill be sure to let you know if I have any other questions. Thanks!
