I was at the Chilli's on hwy 17 in myrtle beach sunday... and in the turning lane behind me was a mkiv gti blue with black aristos, and some bright hids...... looked nice. i was in the mkiv getta white with 17" candy teal rims

first off, i'd like to say hello. i usually post in the mk4 GLI (old car) or now the MKIV GTI (new car) forum. seen a lot of nice dubs around. good to represent!

now that the greetings out the way on to the important stuff...

i bought a '12 BMP GTI a couple of months ago and want to get some vagcom work done. anybody in the area do that?

also does anybody know someone that knows how to buff out some swirl marks on a black car properly? I got a few etched in water spots a few weeks ago while out of town.

they were more than I wanted to tackle. brought it to a "pro" and now i have swirl marks on my brand new baby. i know some porter cable magic and some skill can take care of this. don't have one myself so i'm asking around if someone can do it.

Maybe some of y'all can make it down to charleston for this. New venue this year and the show will last longer than 2pm. Alot of us will be hanging out all day and probably into the night there.

As you all know BFI's Oktoberfest will be coming up a week from Saturday so we figured why not have a pre - Oktoberfest GTG!!

This upcoming Saturday October 6th, EuroKrisis will be meeting at Fender Mender, LLC around 2:00pm and take a cruise somewhere for photos and beers!! Anyone new feel free to come out and chill we like new faces and cars!! we will also try and discuss the best times for everyone to cruise to Raleigh, the more in the caravan the better!!

i've got a set of mkv denvers with hankook v4es that have about 10k left on the front and about 5k on the back. 17x7 with 225/45/17. They're 5x112 though, don't believe they'll fit the mkiv
